Michael W. Dyer

Mr. Dyer founded the firm in 1979. For more than 25 years, he has assisted clients in such areas as labor and employment law, administrative law, and business and corporate law. Mr. Dyer serves as general counsel to the Nevada State Education Association, and is Nevada regulatory counsel for several national pharmacy companies. He previously served as General Counsel to Comstock Bank before its acquisition by a national banking company. In 2001, Mr. Dyer was selected as a Fellow of the National College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
