James W. Penrose
Partner
Mr. Penrose joined the firm in 1992 and became a partner in 1998. He previously served on the staff of the Nevada Supreme Court and later spent five years as a senior attorney for the Nevada Legislature. Mr. Penrose continues to draft and analyze proposed legislation and has testified frequently before legislative committees. The bulk of his practice is devoted to litigation in the fields of labor and employment law, constitutional law and commercial law.
